Assistant Store Manager/Manager-In-Training – Spring (Dartmouth Mall)
Advanced Mobile Solutions, a leading Sprint Preferred Retailer, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our winning team. We are currently hiring for Assistant Managers/Managers in Training at multiple locations in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
Responsible for operational functions of the store and assisting the store manager and district manager in achieving store goals.
Responsibilities:
– Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers
– Supervision of store location
– Assist with store inventory/merchandising
– Motivate and develop sales representatives
– Perform other duties as assigned by store manager
– Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location sales goals
– Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
– Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others
– Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
Requirements:
– Must be over 18 and have high school diploma/GED
– Strong sales skills
– Experience in retail cellular phone sales preferred
– Great communication skills
– Positive attitude
– Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
– Must be able to stand for long periods of time
– Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
– Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to training locations
