“Before the history is gone there is a way of preserving it:

The Fort Taber-Fort Rodman Military Museum 1000C Rodney French Blvd. New Bedford is looking for volunteers to help preserve the history and memories of the veterans from our area that served and defended this great nation.

You do not have to be a veteran. All that is needed is an interest in this area’s military history and in preserving its memory. Anyone 15 years old and older and has a few hours to spare.

Please come down to the museum to put in an application. Our opening times are 1:00pm to 4:00pm, Wednesday through Sunday.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Bill Niedzwiedz,
President.”
