The overflow shelter at Sister Rose House on 71 Division Street in New Bedford will be activated again tonight, Sunday, December 18, 2016, due to poor weather conditions. Guests can arrive at 6 p.m. and it is a first come first serve basis. The shelter is able to accept an additional 25 individuals.
