Information session on assistance and benefits to victims of violent crimes at Saint Anthony’s of Padua church hall at 1359 Acushnet Avenue, New Bedford on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The purpose of this session is to provide information about immigration benefits that may be available to victims of certain violent crimes including but not limited to:

  • Domestic violence
  • Felonious assault
  • Blackmail
  • Human trafficking
  • Extortion
  • Sexual abuse or rape

Representatives of the following offices will be present to educate, inform, and answer your questions:

  • United States Attorney’s Office, district of Massachusetts
  • U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Boston
  • District office
  • USCIS Vermont service center
  • HSI special agent in charge

Spanish and portuguese language translators will be available at the event. This information is important to you and to your families. Please do not miss this important event!
