St. Anne’s Credit Union held its long-anticipated 26th Annual Free Summer Concert at Heritage State Park in Fall River on Saturday, August 7th. After the show was postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the local community flocked to see Living on a Bad Name, the only Bon Jovi tribute band ever chosen to fill in for the real Bon Jovi in concert.
St. Anne’s President and CEO Eileen Danahey and local radio station WSAR’s “Happy Hec” Gauthier introduced the band while the Credit Union’s employees gave out free blankets and beach balls to make the event even more enjoyable for concertgoers and their friends and families. “Proud of our reputation as an upstanding community partner, reinvestment in the areas we serve is one of our highest priorities,” said Ms. Danahey. “After 2020’s challenges, we were thrilled to bring back an event that has brought so much joy to the SouthCoast for decades.”
St. Anne’s hosted this free community event in cooperation with WSAR and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.
