According to New Bedford police logs, 33-year old Dimitrius Hanley of New Bedford was arrested for OUI-Liquor (3rd offense). Police officers made the arrest at 9:23 pm on Kempton Street. Hanley is also being charged for the second time with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and with possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
