Wyatt, You’ve Earned Your Free Time. K-9 Wyatt was Trooper Bob Bohn’s partner from 2008 until about a year and a half ago, when Wyatt retired.
On February 14th, Trooper Bohn had to make the decision to give him peace. Wyatt’s quality of life had quickly deteriorated. After taking Wyatt on his final ride, Trooper Bohn wrote:
“Wyatt, I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. You were always vigilant, alert, and focused. Thanks for watching over me and keeping me safe. You have definitely earned your free time. I love you.” -Bob Bohn, K9 East
