SD2431
If they are poor and can’t afford a license, how are they supposed to be able to afford a car and insurance and excise tax? Doesn’t make sense!
Same thought my friends and I have. The people making decisions are out of touch.
Driving is a privilege, not an inherent right! So if they can’t afford it, or all of the other costs of driving a vehicle, they don’t need it.
