Creole Choir of Cuba at Zeiterion Theatre (15 Oct)

This Saturday, October 15th, the Creole Choir of Cuba will perform at the Zeiterion Theater with the goal of entertaining audiences and raising funds to help wipe out Cholera in Haiti.  You can purchase tickets here.  If you are looking for an unique experience, something different than the norm and want to make a difference in Haiti, the Creole Choir of Cuba is a must attend event. Wow! Just when you thought you knew all about Cuban music, along comes the steaming hot a cappella sound of the Creole Choir of Cuba. Vibrant dancing, eye-popping costumes, spectacular harmonies, and music of the Caribbean, Cuba, Haiti, and Dominica come together to create an impassioned celebration of roots, resistance and the irresistible rhythms of life. All across the world, the Choir’s sheer joy, irresistible harmonies and hot Caribbean rhythms have brought audiences to their feet in bursts of thunderous applause.

Admission to the show is $35.50 or $70 to enjoy a block party under a tent in front of the Zeiterion Theatre starting at 6pm.  The block party includes a traditional Haitian dinner provided by Morton’s Fork catering.  Following the 8pm performance, there will be coffee, dessert and a meet and greet with the artists in the tent for those with block party tickets.
