Beaucoup Blue is the Philadelphia based duo of David and Adrian Mowry. Father and son have been performing their roots based music nationally and internationally. Bridging many gaps in American music, their soulful traditional and contemporary styles mesh into an innovative and authentic sound. Although blues is a staple in their repertoire, their music is steeped in Americana and influenced by blues, folk, soul, R&B, jazz, country, and bluegrass.

During their years together as a duo Beaucoup Blue has received numerous awards including “Grand Prize Winner of the Billboard Magazine World Song-Writing Contest,” and the “Grand Prize Winner of the Telluride Blues & Brews Acoustic Competition” as well as top 40 on AMA’s Americana, Roots, & Folk radio charts. David and Adrian Mowry are favorites of the New Bedford Folk Festival where they have excited the crowds of music lovers with their deeply felt music. A handsome range of instruments like six and twelve string guitars, slide guitar, round neck resonator guitar, combined with two soulful voices, encompasses a rich and honest feel, noticeably influenced by familial ties. Hear for yourself two generations coming together for the common good of great music everywhere.
