“Yesterday the Bristol County Sheriff’s Office celebrated the retirement of two long time employees- Superintendent Steve Souza (37 years of service) and Assistant Superintendent II Bob Horta (33 years of service).

Sheriff Heroux hosted a retirement party for both of them early this afternoon to honor their contributions to the BCSO throughout the decades. We also held a traditional walk out for Superintendent Souza as he left the facility for the last time.

We are incredibly grateful for all of the years Steve and Bob have served and know their impact will be long lasting.”-Bristol County Sheriff’s Office.
