Last night at approximately 11pm there was an attempted armed robbery in the area of County St. and Penniman St. The 25 year old male victim was cut on the bicep and later received treatment at St. Luke’s hospital.
The victim was walking home when he was confronted by a male with a knife who demanded his money. The victim refused and punched the suspect in the face. He was cut on his left bicep in the process. The victim went home and obtained a ride to the hospital from a friend. He has since been released.
