Yet another officer leaves the New Bedford Police Department

“The New Bedford Police Union regrets to announce the departure of another officer.

Officer Taylor Souza has moved on from the New Bedford Police Department.

Officer Souza was hired by the New Bedford Police Department in January of 2022. Officer Souza was assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division until his departure. Officer Souza earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Officer Souza has moved on to the Marion Police Department. The New Bedford Police Union wishes Officer Souza the best in his role with his new agency.”-New Bedford Police Union.
