On Sunday July 15, 2017 at approximately 7PM Yarmouth Police Department Patrol Officer Marc Thibeault met with the owner of a local business at Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters who was reporting incidents of the crime of up skirting that occurred in her women’s clothing store earlier in the day at approximately 2PM.
The upskirting occurred several times in the store to different unsuspecting females. The unknown male suspect was captured by the in-store surveillance camera system and is now wanted by the Yarmouth Police Department.
Surveillance video clearly shows the suspect who was videotaping unsuspecting females with his cellphone, under their skirts throughout the store.
One of the victims is a 9 year old girl.
The suspect is possibly a Hispanic male 5’7″ tall with black “scraggly” hair and a mustache. He was missing a front tooth and spoke clear English.
