Lightning struck home in the south end of Boston on Thursday causing bricks to go flying into the street. At least 1 car was damaged which is seen in a video captured by a citizen that was at the scene.
Boston Fire District Chief Robert Counihan spoke on the incident noting that the Chimney blew up from the lightning strike and the house suffered water damage from a burst pipe.
Fortunately, there are no reports of any injuries from the debris or lightning strike.
