Yesterday morning at approximately 10:41 a.m., Trooper Joshua McKelligan of the Troop H Community Action Team (CAT) was on patrol in Avon on Route 24 Southbound, when he stopped a 2000 Toyota Camry Solara, after observing motor vehicle violations. The location of the stop was Route 24 Southbound, just prior to Exit 19 in Avon.

After the perimeter was established, and a search of the area was conducted, DAVIS was located behind a residence on Winship Way in Stoughton.
