Salem Police Department seeks public’s help in finding missing 13-year old boy and his dog

“The public’s assistance is requested in locating a missing/lost juvenile. Owen Hansen, missing/lost juvenile – post updated with a photo of dog Owen Hansen was walking.

Owen Hansen, 13 years old, was last seen at approximately 2:10 p.m. Monday afternoon in the vicinity of 31 Perkins Street, Salem. Owen is a white male, approximately 5’6” tall, 115 pounds, last seen wearing a black Nike t-shirt and grey mesh shorts Owen is not from the area and may have become lost. He was walking a dog when last seen.
