The committee of the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Greater New Bedford will hold a fundraiser on Friday, May 4th from 6 pm to midnight at United Fisherman’s Club in New Bedford. Proceeds will benefit in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Greater New Bedford on June 22nd at the Paul Walsh Field at New Bedford High School. Funds raised through Relay For Life support the American Cancer Society’s mission to create a world with less cancer and more birthdays by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back against cancer. More than 90 Relay For Life events are planned in Massachusetts this year.
