New Bedford woman facing OUI drug charge after hitting multiple vehicles

A New Bedford woman faces charges of OUI drugs after a motor vehicle accident involving multiple parked vehicles at State and Linden streets at 10:52 p.m. on Wednesday night.

When police arrived at the scene of the accident, Dawn Lynn Costa, 42, of New Bedford, was leaning against her vehicle, which was against two parked cars in front of 40 Linden St.

Medics administered Narcan to Costa, who was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital. An immediate threat of license revocation was submitted to the Registry of Motor Vehicles

No injuries were reported in the incident.
