“Hello everyone! First and foremost I thank God for my 40 years of blessings. He is my rock and my strength. My faith is in God.
Some of you may know that I have been battling with PKD (polycystic kidney disease) for the past 3 years. My kidneys have gotten worse and my only options are dialysis or kidney transplant. Dialysis patients would normally go to the clinic setting for their treatments, 3 times a week for a few hours a day.
I get my treatments in my home setting which consists of 8 hours a day, 7 days a week (no skipping days). I have a full-time job and raising a family of my own. I don’t have many restrictions, but getting a kidney transplant would offer me the freedom to do the things I love and to live a longer and healthier life.

If you know me then you know putting myself on social media and asking a family member or a friend to consider donating a kidney to me is difficult, but it greatly improves my chances of getting a transplant. All inquiries are anonymous to me so if you would like to donate or be interested in seeing if you’re a match please contact Karen Curreri, Kidney Transplant Coordinator at the Kidney Transplant Surgery at Boston Medical Center. The number is (617) 638-8430.
