The 128th annual policeman’s ball will be held Saturday, Nov. 18 at Century House, 107 S. Main St., Acushnet, sponsored by the New Bedford Police Association.
Cocktail hour is 6-7 p.m., followed by a ceremony from 7-7:30 p.m. Dinner and dancing are scheduled from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Live entertainment will be provided by Felix Brown Band, DJ Roy Barboza and the Boston Police Gaelic Column of Pipes and Drums.
Tickets are $30 per person and are available at New Bedford Police headquarters, 871 Rockdale Ave. Tickets may also be requested via email at newbedfordpa@gmail.com.
The public is invited.
