New Bedford police seek help identifying man who stole from fishing boat

This male was observed breaking into the fishing vessel Pamela Ann on 5/29/16 at around 1:00 in the afternoon. He was observed riding into Steamship Pier on a red mountain bike which he later left on a boat since he couldn’t ride and carry the bag of stolen goods at the same time.
