New Bedford police car suffers electrical fire on Felton Street
Electrical…I was told by a credable source, this fire appeared arson. This fire happened in the very early morning hours on Saturday. Not sure how the time was determined, this fire was put out much later than that, I have stamped timed videos and photos. This police car sits on Felton everyday* barely if ever, coming & going. Some Citizens and neighbors of the Felton Street fire have definitely been curious as to the outcome, certainly giving signs of concern and worry for safety, whom can only hope your source is correct. In bad times, of which our planet faces today, we certainly wish to continue working towards peace. This street which intersects with an active Brooklawn Park for children and families, and the unforgiving speedy freeway of Wood Street, has always been well respected from neighbor to neighbor. Talk of more police security and video set ups around the city, may ease the minds without being too intrusive on privacy to the people of NB. It is unfortunate that this has happened, this electrical fire. Perhaps tax payers can afford its replacement* Its important to note that this vehicle was parked and empty at the time, Thank Goodness. What a way to wake, on any giving day in this city!
