On Saturday, November 5th at 2:20 pm., members of the New Bedford Police Gang Unit executed a search warrant at 163 David Street, 1st floor in New Bedford to recover a firearm. Detective located a loaded 40 cal. Taurus PT140 pro handgun with five rounds of ammunition.
Arrested were;
- BAYRON ALVARADO 163 David Street 1st floor
- DARIUS MARTINEZ 163 David Street 1st floor
Both males were arrested and charged with:
1. unlawful possession of a firearm
2. unlawful possession of ammunition
