New Bedford Police arrest four for disturbance outside of “The Greasy Luck,” including assault and battery on a police officer

At approximately 2:30 am Sunday, July 11 Four people were arrested and charged after The Greasy Luck (the Vault) closed and a large crowd of patrons spilled onto Purchase Street.

1) John Santos Sr., of Brockton, for:
• City Ordinance (Electronic Submission Court Code) IBR: 99 – Traffic, Town By-Law Offenses
• City Ordinance (Electronic Submission Court Code) IBR: 99 – Traffic, Town By-Law Offenses
• Resisting Arrest IBR: 90Z.

2) John Santos Jr., of Brockton, for:
• City Ordinance (Electronic Submission Court Code) IBR: 99 – Traffic, Town By-Law Offenses
• Resisting Arrest IBR: 90Z.
• City Ordinance (Electronic Submission Court Code) IBR: 99 – Traffic, Town By-Law Offenses

3) Philip Sheldon Dias, of New Bedford, for:
• Resisting Arrest IBR: 13B – Simple Assault
• Assault and Battery on a Police Officer IBR: 13B Simple Assault

4) Nyasia Grace, of New Bedford, for:
• City Ordinance (Electronic Submission Court Code) IBR: 99 – Traffic, Town By-Law Offenses
