New Bedford adds one more to the police force

From the New Bedford Police Department:

“Congratulations to Cody Smith, who was sworn in as the newest member of the New Bedford Police Department by City Clerk Dennis Farias. As is traditional during swearing-in ceremonies, Chief Joseph Cordeiro and all sworn department members recite the oath alongside the new officer. We wish Officer Smith good luck and good health as he serves our city.”
