National Park to Screen Movie Glory on AHA! night

This coming AHA! night, New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park will be hosting a viewing of the movie Glory. This 1989 American drama, which won three Academy Awards, features Matthew Broderick, Denzel Washington, and Morgan Freeman. This all-star cast tells the story of the first all-African American regiment who fought during the Civil War. The film is rated R for depictions of violence. This free hour and half long film will be shown at 6:00 pm on Thursday, December 10th in the Corson Maritime Learning Center, at New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park, 33 William St., downtown New Bedford.
