Man attempts armed robbery, get chased out of Fall River business

On Friday April 21, 2017 at approximately 4:00PM, Fall River Police responded to 1088 Bedford Street for a report of an attempted Robbery. The business owner identified the suspect as a black male, approximately 5’10” tall, “chunky” build, short black hair, short facial hair cut into a goatee style. He was wearing grey colored sweatshirt and sweatpants.

The male attempted to rob the business by reaching into his waistband appearing to reach for a weapon while rushing toward the owner of the business. The male then was subsequently chased from the business. Male was last seen running in the area of Oak Grove Avenue toward Chavenson Street. The attached images were obtained by an independent witness who saw this male being chased.
