The Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, along with Lynn Police and the State Police Detective Unit for Essex County, have been searching for WILLIAM CASH, 44, for a homicide that occurred in Lynn on Easter Sunday.
The Massachusetts State Police added him to their list of Most Wanted fugitives. Anyone who has any information on CASH or his whereabouts is urged to immediately call the MSP Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section at 1-800-527-8873.
