The Brazilian Grill located at 464 State Rd in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, is rebranded and has officially changed its name. They will now be known as “Churrascaria Tropeiro’s Grill Brazilian Steakhouse”. This is according to a new temporary sign hanging at the restaurant under the original “Brazilian Grill” sign, as well as a social media post from the restaurant

It appears the restaurant will continue to offer its rodizio-style dining, featuring a variety of grilled meats served tableside by gauchos.

“Churrascaria” is a place where meat is cooked in churrasco style, which translates roughly from the Portuguese word for “barbecue”.

Churrascaria cuisine is typically (but not always) served rodízio style, where roving waiters serve the barbecued meats from large skewers directly onto the seated diners’ plates.
