Dartmouth Veterans Advisory Board Announces Commemorative Brick Program

The Dartmouth Veterans Advisory Board (DVAB) is pleased to announce the launch of the Commemorative Brick Program in support of the Veterans Memorial Grove located on the grounds of Dartmouth Council on Aging on Dartmouth St. Please join us in supporting our continued effort to honor all Veterans by participating in the Commemorative Brick Program. The Commemorative Brick Program honors veterans past and present and supports the Veterans Memorial Grove. The Veterans Memorial Grove will be a collective memorial to service members killed on active duty during wartime.

People can support the project and honor their loved ones by ordering a commemorative brick. It would be the perfect way to honor the special Veteran in your life as well as helping support the Veterans Grove.

There will also be order forms available throughout the town office buildings and available upon request.

The Dartmouth Veterans Advisory Board (DVAB) is a group of “Veterans” and/or Dartmouth residents who maintain the status within the veteran community in having first and foremost interest, concern and unfailing devotion to the Veterans of the Town of Dartmouth Massachusetts. The towns veterans services mission is “To provide Veterans of Dartmouth and their families with quality guidance and assistance while advocating on their behalf on all Veterans’ matters.” Members of the Veterans Advisory Board are appointed by the Select Board and serve designated terms on the board.
