With Halloween fastly approaching, DPD is looking for some help identifying this guy, so that we can present him with the prestigious award for Best Costume for a Shoplifter.
Though guesses on what his costume represents have varied amongst department members, the vast majority of us believe that he masterfully pulled off the look of a degenerate bum with bad breath, who is too lazy to get a job and pay for his own crap!
Because we REALLY want to present him with the first place prize of a summons to Third District Court, we are asking that anyone with information on his identity either send us a private message, or call Detective Kyle Costa at 508-910-1755.
