71-year old woman victim of home invasion in Fall River

Fall River Police are investigating a reported home invasion which occurred on Sunday night on Congress Street within the city’s Niagara neighborhood.

The 71-year old female victim stated that she heard noise coming from her bedroom. Upon investigating she discovered an unknown light skinned black or Hispanic male was in her home armed with what was described as a handgun style BB-gun. He was described to be in his late teens or early 20’s, approximately 5’8″ and weighing around 200lbs.
