Two individuals will face arraignment tomorrow morning in Taunton District Court connected the the June 25th motor vehicle fatality of 32-year-old Taunton resident Jared Gagnon on Route 44 in Raynham.
The multiple car crash occurred around 8 p.m. on the evening of June 25th, near the Quality Inn hotel on Route 44.
After an extensive investigation into the incident by Raynhmam Police and Massachusetts State Police, court summonses were issued to Joseph Arraiol, 50, of Taunton and Samantha Kewer, 20, of Taunton, charging them both with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation.
Both arraignments will be handled by Assistant District Attorney Michael Sheehan.
