On Friday December 12th 2014, Organized Crime Intelligence Bureau Detectives executed a search warrant at a Maxfield Street home for heroin. The target of the investigation was Mark Richard.
The investigation was conducted by Detective Jarrod Gracia. Upon execution of the search warrant, detectives located approximately 113 grams of heroin, approximately 12 grams of cocaine, $1,831.00 in cash, a Keltec .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun loaded with 6 rounds of ammunition, and a Ruger 44 caliber revolver. The guns and drugs were located in Mr. Richard’s bedroom, which he shares with his girlfriend, Chyna Johnson. She was also arrested and charged. The two face multiple charges related to the guns and drugs.
