Earthquake Shakes South Coast, MA

There are TWO earthquakes being reported within two minutes of each other.

First, According to to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) National Earthquake Center there was a M2.4 earthquake at 5:46 p.m. about 1.5 miles SSW of New Bedford.

Second, the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency reported a 4.1 magnitude earthquake at 17:48 hours off the coast of Nantucket.
