My name is Kaylie and I'm an undergraduate student at UMass Dartmouth currently interning as a student writer for the New Bedford Guide. I'm pursuing a degree in medical/science writing. I live in Somerset, previously Fall River. I enjoy writing about many different topics and hope to expand my interests into writing about local businesses and events on the South Coast. I'm eager and enthusiastic to share my experiences with readers. When not writing, I like to find new books, hang out with friends and grab a bite to eat (I have a lot of favorite restaurants!), and play video games or surf the web. I'm an aspiring traveler and would love to visit other countries in the future. I look forward to sharing my stories with you.
