Description: The continued success of one of New England’s premiere festivals will require an experienced and competent Craft Vendor Coordinator to organize and execute the craft vendor component of the festival prior to and during festival dates. We seek a detail oriented self-starter who has an artistic critical eye, excellent organizational skills, who can handle multiple projects efficiently, and is a clear and effective communicator who can maintain a calm and supportive demeanor under pressure. This part time temporary position will run from January 2016 through mid-July. Knowledge/experience in arts/crafts and performing arts/festival organizations is preferred.

Duties Include but not limited to:
Recruit juried crafters and vendors
Handling Paperwork, applications and adherence to state regulations
Layout of craft booths
Organize load in of booths and product, parking for vendors
Supervise and manage all booth related issues days of show
Documentation of Operating Procedures
Run of Show on Festival days July 9 & 10

We seek a detail oriented self-starter who can handle multiple projects efficiently, and is a clear and effective communicator who can maintain a calm and supportive demeanor under pressure. This part time temporary position will run from January 2016 through mid-July. Knowledge of performing arts/festival operations and planning events is preferred.

Overseeing Festival Personnel
Production Coordinator
Craft/Vendor Coordinator
Volunteer Coordinator
Artistic Directors
Hospitality
Festival Store/Merch
Food Vendor Management
Recruitment, Communication & Management with Vendors
Securing of necessary permits & licenses with NB City, Police, Fire and Health Dept.
Coordinate Street closings with City of NB
Equipment rental (tents, chairs, etc)
Execution & Delivery of Festival VIP Ticketing
Money Handling – Festival Merchandise and Artist Payments
Artist Contract Management
Assist in Marketing
Proficient in event planning and strategy
Overall Festival administration
Run of Show on Festival days July 9 & 10
Documentation of Operating Procedures
This candidate will work closely with the Zeiterion/Folk Festival team and reports to Zeiteiron Senior Management.

We seek a detail oriented self-starter with production experience who can handle multiple projects efficiently, and is a clear and effective delegator and communicator who can maintain a calm and supportive demeanor under pressure. This part time temporary position will run from January 2016 through mid-July. Knowledge of production and performing arts/festival operations is preferred.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Execution of Festival layout/footprint
Tents, chairs, etc
Power and inspections
Supervise and manage tech and sound engineers
Advance all performers for production needs
Schedule and execute stage & venue set up and place tech and musical equipment
Stage and Artist Management of Tent Venues
Oversee Additional Production Assistant Staff:
3-5 assistants
Sound Engineer

We seek a detail oriented self-starter who can recruit, organize and delegate to a volunteer crew of 150, who is a clear and effective communicator who can maintain a calm and supportive demeanor under pressure. This part time temporary position will run from January 2016 through mid-July. Knowledge of performing arts/festival operations is preferred.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Recruiting and Training of Volunteer Crew (approx. 150 needed)
Job assignments for volunteers
Schedule development, delegation of duties and oversight management
Communication via phone and email
Day of show management
Documentation of Operating Procedures
