“Winslow students enjoyed their first Fall Festival today.

They earned this wonderful school-wide incentive by following their school-wide expectations. The PBIS Team (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) put on this event to encourage students to continue to do their best and follow the 3 B’s (Be Responsible, Be Respectful & Be Ready to Learn).

Chief Cordeiro, PBIS Parents, and PBIS Ambassadors of Kindness volunteered to help run each station to ensure all students had a terrific time.”-Kris Nightingale Pires.

  1. Can someone explain why a department head, making a 6-figure salary, is spending his time entertaining school children instead of doing what he gets paid to do? I think he needs to set his priorities in order and stop being a PR puppet. Get back to being a chief of police and leave the children’s activities to someone else.
