Westport Police Department crowns winner at first annual Portuguese Soup Competition

“The Westport Police Department just recently had their first annual Portuguese Soup Competition.

In a competitive field of six amazing submissions, the first place trophy went to FTO Fernando Goncalves. Coming in second place was Detective Michelle Donovan.
