Westport Fire and Police Departments respond to car versus building accident

Westport Fire & Police responded to the report of a car into a building earlier today in the area of Forge Road and Rt. 177.

One person was transported with minor injuries by our firefighter/paramedics to a local hospital. Pictured are Firefighters Manley and Raymond, as they monitor the structural integrity of the building as the vehicle is removed by the tow company.

Engine 4, Rescue 1, Car 1, 2 & the FPO responded. Group 3 is on duty. 655 calls for service year-to-date.”-Westport Fire Department.
