AFC Doctors Express Urgent Care is partnering with Operation Clean Sweep to help improve the quality of life in Ward 2 with a clean-up this Saturday morning, April 16 from 8:30- Noon. Volunteers are needed to participate in this community effort.
Volunteers can pre-register by calling 508-979-1493, by signing up on the OCS volunteer page of the website at www.OperationCleanSweep.net, or by showing up on Saturday morning at 8:30.
The meeting point is at OCS headquarters located in the City parking lot between Sawyer and Beetle Streets, one block east of Acushnet Avenue (behind Cotali Mar Restaurante) at 8:30 am. Participants will be given assignments and provided with gloves and tools.
As a thank you, all volunteers will receive a free tee shirt and reusable water bottle. Coffee and donuts will be provided by AFC Doctors Express and lunch will be provided by Domino’s immediately following the clean-up at noon.
