From the Massachusetts state police:

“Today’s edition of “What Could Go Wrong” comes to us from the State Police Revere Barracks. Yesterday, Trooper Zach Bolcome found this vehicle traveling down the Revere Beach Boulevard. Not only was the vehicle’s load improperly secured, and causing a potential hazard for the driver and for those around him, but the driver was also unlicensed.

Lesson of the day; Secure your load properly, and drive with a valid license.
