Tire slasher targets four vehicles owned by Bourne police officers

The Borne Police Department reported that four of their officers’ vehicles were targeted by a tire slasher:

“Most days, after completing their shift, the hard-working men and women of the Bourne Police Department head home to their families and friends for some well-deserved R&R. Unfortunately for the dedicated crew working the midnight shift last night, that was not the case. As they made their way to their vehicles to head home, they discovered that some coward had slashed the tires on four of their vehicles. So, instead of making it home to their families on time to help with childcare or other responsibilities, these officers had to wait for tow companies to remove their vehicles and get the tires repaired/replaced. This message is directed to those few scoundrels that like to hide in the shadows and cause damage and destruction. Just realize, while your actions may have caused a hiccup in the daily schedule of these fine officers, they will be back at work at the start of their next shift, still out their patrolling and protecting. And don’t worry about setting a wake-up alarm, the Canal B&B has an excellent early morning warrant wake-up service.”
