Three receive citation for clean up effort at Carney Academy in New Bedford

Remember the three young ladies that cleaned up the playground around Carney Academy earlier this month? They were given a citation at the most recent special New Bedford City Council meeting. Congrats to Abigail, Solymar, and Christalee Rosario and of course their proud mother Sarahi Rivera-Arroyo!
