New Bedford Guide Your Guide to New Bedford and South Coast, MA
Last night at approximately 7pm members of the Organized Crime and Intelligence Bureau executed a search warrant at 401 Pleasant Street, apartment 1-south in New Bedford. This was the result of an investigation by Det. Jonathan Lagao into a heroin distribution service out of that home.
As result of the search, 4.4 grams of heroin, 1.9 grams of cocaine, packaging materials, and a total of $1,279.00 in U.S. currency was seized.
Arrested were:
- Jose Robels
- Israel Navarro
- Omar Ferrer Navarro
All three males were arrested and charged with:
- Possession with intent to distribute class A heroin
- Possession with intent to distribute class B cocaine
- Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance laws
Very glad to see that peopke doing drug deals in our neighborhood are being caught and charged!
