On Monday morning (4/21/14) at approximately 12:30am north end officers were sent to an alarm/motion activation at the Building 19 located on Hathaway Rd. Once inside the building, Off. Ronald Guerin observed three males inside the warehouse area and they immediately fled on foot.
With the assistance of other officers one suspect was apprehended after he fled the building and into a fenced in area with barbed wire surrounding it. The other two remain at large. It was determined that entrance was gained through a window in the rear of the building. Scheduled to be arraigned this morning in New Bedford district court.
