Dispatcher/Customer Service – Cab Transportation LLC
$12 – $14 an hour – Part-time
Cab Transportation is looking for candidates for Early Mornings or an Afternoon position. Part time between 20 and 25 hrs a week. Immediate openings available. (508)-598-8476.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepare a daily schedule for drivers to pick up or drop off clients in accordance with client needs and company ability.
• Creating schedules for all drivers.
• Responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations as well as driver hours.
• To be aware of the weather in all destinations for driver safety as well as transport time.
• To understand the computer system for data input and retrieval of information necessary to perform the function of dispatcher.
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner as a representative of the company when coordinating.
• Adhere to company policies as well as the state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
DISPATCHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Organized and able to handle high amounts of stress
• Available to drivers at all times and ready to perform daily duties from punch in to punch out
• Able to read, write, and understand English
