SouthCoast Wind faces major hurdles in Falmouth Massachusetts & Portsmouth Rhode Island. The local residents don’t want 800-megawatt cable buried through their neighborhoods. The Pilgrim nuclear plant generated 680 megawatts. This project if approved will change these towns forever.
