Director of Development and Marketing – PACE
Job Description
SALARY: Starting pay $45,000/yr., negotiable – commensurate with education and experience, 40 hrs. per wk., 52 wks. per yr.
PACE, Inc. is currently looking for a Director of Development and Marketing. The successful candidate must have a minimum of (3) three years’ work experience in the non-profit sector. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in public relations, creation of marketing materials, implementation of a fund raising strategy including donor development, and creating written grant proposals and plans. If you are an innovative and creative team player willing to think outside the box in moving the mission of the agency forward, then you are our person.
We are looking for someone with experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff members from a wide variety of agencies and institutions; sensitivity to changing community needs and concerns; and the ability to communicate with people of varying educational, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Must be experienced utilizing a variety of fundraising and resource development methods to provide resource support for the agency.
Position acts as a key member of the administrative team primarily responsible for developing agency resources, marketing, and promoting the agency mission across the community.
